Style LAB -Ladies & Men--on1 & on2                                         MONDAYS   8:00 PM ALL Levels

Beginners-Use what you know already and just add some simple movement to make you shine with confidence no matter what style you prefer.

Inter/Adv- Leave with more moves to your repetoire, Enhance your dancing to a much higher level with good technique.

Working all parts of your body-hands, feet, arms, shoulders, hips, body isolation, etc.
